-Iligan is known in the country as the City of Majestic Waterfalls. Iligan is home to a more than a dozen waterfalls that you will surely love. The most famous of all is the Maria Cristina Falls which also serves as the "power generator" not only in Iligan but also for the whole island of Mindanao. Iligan also has numerous and various caves. -Beaches in Iligan are not the same or as majestic to Boracay or to the White Sand Beach in Camiguin but if you want soltitude and peace for yourself or for your love ones, our beaches will provide such. Most of the beaches in Iligan are found kilometers away from the city proper but it's worth a ride.

-Located in the Northern shores of Mindanao, Iligan is also a strategic place to discover the wonders of the country and the beauty of Mindanao. From Iligan, you can travel by bus directly to the Business District of the Island, Davao. You can also visit the neighbor city of CDO. If you want to see the cultural side of Mindanao, Zamboanga is a stone-throw-away place from Iligan. If you also liketo visit the capital, you can take a 1-2-hr bus ride to Laguindingan for you to travel by air to Manila. From the said airport you can visit numerous places all over the country.
